Poisoning Romane-Conti

The bottle of Romana-Conti wine costs $ 900- $ 1000, and the box of this wine of the 1978 spill was sold for a whopping $ 476,280 in 1993. Naturally, the brand owners would not want anything to happen to their vineyards. Therefore, when they received a letter threatening to poison their plantations, for obvious reasons they were very worried.

In January 2010, the co-owner of the "Romana-Conti" Obré de Villain received a map of his own in vineyards in Burgundy and a letter demanding $ 1.27 million. According to the map, two vineyards have already been poisoned and in case of failure to pay the required money poisoning would continue further. As a result, the police arrested a blackmailer named Jacques Solti. It turned out that he came up with this crazy scheme with his former cellmate.
